“Water was leaking everywhere in the hotel. It was poorly maintained—honestly, it was disgusting. After the rain, water was already coming in through my window, but I ignored it and went to sleep. In the middle of the night, I woke up because water was dripping onto my feet, and it kept dripping all night long. My rating for this hotel is below zero.”
